Returns & Exchanges

We love and proudly stand behind our products, but we understand that sometimes, it’s just not the right fit. If you’re not happy with your purchase, please reach out to us and we will get it sorted out for you.

 

What’s your return policy?

Unused and unopened items in their original packaging are eligible for a return within 30 days of receipt. If you would like to initiate a return, please reach out to us through our Contact Us page, or write to hello@athvabeauty.com with your order number and the name(s) of the item(s) you wish to return. Upon receipt of the item(s), a refund will be processed to the original mode of payment. It may take up to 30 days to process the refund.

 

Is there a shipping fee on returns?

Customers are responsible for shipping fees on returns of non-defective items. Since we are a small business, this allows us to forego restocking fees.

 

Are there any exceptions to your return policy?

Yes, there are certain exceptions to our return policy, and we will not be accepting returns on the following articles:

  • Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
  • Sale items, last call items, and marked down merchandise.
  • Face and body tools, due to hygiene reasons.
  • Purchases made as bundles.

 Sale of above listed items is final and not eligible for returns or refunds.

 

Orders & Shipping 

What if I receive the wrong item(s) or part of my order is missing?

No worries. Kindly reach out to us through our Contact Us page or drop us a mail at hello@athvabeauty.com, and we will get that sorted out in no time.

 

What if I receive a damaged item?

Shipping can often be rough, and accidents do happen. We are happy to send out a replacement so long as the product is damaged beyond the point of being usable.

 At Athva Beauty, we believe in conscious enterprise that prioritizes the environment and our habitat. If the damage is merely superficial, we encourage you to give the product a go. However, if it is severely damaged, please mail us at hello@athvabeauty.com with your order details, a small description of the condition of the item(s) received, as well as some pictures of the visible damage. Our team will assess the situation and do our best to ensure you have a pleasant shopping experience with us.

 

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We are not able to cancel or modify orders once the customer receives the confirmation. Please reach out to us so we can work out a solution.

 

Can I change the shipping address on my order?

We are currently not able to modify the shipping address on a confirmed order, but please reach out to us, so we can appropriately assist you and get your order out to you at your desired address.

 

Do you ship outside Canada?

Currently, we only ship within Canada. We do not ship to the US or other regions.
